About Us

When I say us, I, (Kathy Forestall) am the channeler, but, the information generally comes from the wisdom of “the Universal Voice”, however, some messages are from specific groups, such as Angels or the dolphins or any other group or being that wishes to pass on a message to those who visit this site.

So then, who is Kathy Forestall?

Hello to all. 

I am at this time 49 years old, wife (with a very understanding husband) and mother of 3 nearly grown children. Our family owns a beautiful black and white longhaired cat named Jasper who one day as a kitten decided he was going to live at our house. It seems we had little choice in the matter. I work as an X-ray Technologist at the local hospital, where I have worked for many years. I have done many things over the years, macramé, for those that are old enough to remember that craft, I taught classes in folk art (tole painting) and pen and ink with oil roughing for a few years. Then I discovered Reiki, (for those that are unfamiliar with Reiki, it is a technique using the hands to channel healing energies. Universal Life Force Energies are channeled and sent through your hands to yourself or others, to promote healing) and that sent me further along on my spiritual path. Working in the hospital environment, made me really question the whole idea of reiki. As I worked with the energies and saw many incredible results, I was completely sold. I knew it worked and there is obviously more to this world/universe than I knew or understood. This led me to take meditation classes, where my world really began to open up. I learned various meditation techniques and practiced meditation often. For me the meditation techniques that really changed my life was the Merkabah meditation, as it gave me the connection to my source. One can never be the same after one begins to understand that you are not only an individual, but an active member of a much larger group. As my  understandings began to change and grow, I began to change and grow. During all of this change, I discovered that I could connect to those in other dimensions and that I could quickly and easily receive messages and guidance, as I needed it.

 I have been writing channeled messages for about 5 years. At first I wrote message for myself, actually I have many books filled with messages for myself. For the first couple of years I wrote almost daily, this is a technique that came easily for me. From the first time that I tried this method in a class, it was clear and easy. At first I was able to channel for short times and if I worked at it for too long I became very tired. As I practiced my writing I was able to write for longer periods of time. I quickly realized that I could easily interfere with the writings, if I was uncomfortable with the information I was receiving. I had to work very hard to make sure that I did not do this, so now if I wish to change a word, I ask if it is all right as I am very aware that to change just one word can change the meaning of what is written. So I always ask for permission, so that the message that is being received is relayed clearly.

Within a couple of years of starting my writing, I began facilitating meditation classes and classes on various topics for children. At this time I began giving personal messages for those in my classes as well as some for my close friends. I found that the messages given were exactly what that person needed to know at that particular moment in time. For the children's classes, the topic was dolphins and I thought why not channel a message from the dolphins to the children. The message was wonderful. This was the first time I realized that I could specifically request a message from a specific group or energy, like the dolphins, angels, fairies or perhaps an Ascended Master. I routinely would channel a message for those who attended my classes. Generally the messages would be for the group as a whole and would be information on the topic to be discovered.

Over time the messages for others have progressed into a booklet form. I have found, that with written channeled messages, it is the words that send the energies. As time progresses it is easy to pick up your booklet and reread the words and discover new understandings of what has been written.

For those that are sensitive to energies, the words hold strong and powerful energies. For everyone who reads the messages, truths are held within the written words. Within this truth is the balance that we all seek.

Please feel free to visit this site as often as you wish. I will be adding new messages that are intended for everyone who reads them. I will at times ask specific energies if they have a message for the readers of this site. My intention with this site is to send messages to those who request them, as well as educate those who wish to learn and to grow. You may share anything on this site that you feel is important to share, for the words I relay to you are not mine to keep, but for all to own. For the truth must be shared in order for us to grow into the new phase of human development.
